HONORING CULTURAL CONNECTIONS
Tribal Nations
Building Long-Term Relationships
Integra is committed to building long-term relationships with Tribal Nations connected to the area surrounding the DeLamar Project, including the Northern Paiute and Western Shoshone Peoples, whose connections to this land continue to this day.
We have worked to maintain ongoing communication with Tribal Nations through cultural resource coordination, Indigenous knowledge studies, language preservation efforts, and community-support programs.
These conversations have helped deepen understanding of the region and the cultural importance of the land, its resources, and the traditions associated with it. We remain committed to continued engagement with Tribal Nations throughout Project planning, environmental review, the life of the mine, and reclamation activities.
Tribal Collaboration
Tribal collaboration at DeLamar is centered on long-term relationship-building, cultural understanding, and ongoing engagement with Tribal Nations connected to the region.
Through collaborative initiatives and continued coordination, Integra works to support meaningful participation and informed Project planning as development and permitting move forward.
Tribal Cultural Resource Monitoring
Tribal cultural resource monitors from interested Tribal Nations participate in pre-construction ground-disturbing activities and baseline studies to help incorporate Indigenous Knowledge and support culturally informed Project planning and field activities.
Supporting Tribal Communities
Providing monetary, in-kind, equipment, and volunteer support for Tribal community initiatives, cultural programs, and locally identified priorities through ongoing collaboration and relationship-building.
Tribal Led Cultural Studies
Indigenous Knowledge studies are helping inform Project planning, cultural understanding, and opportunities to reduce impacts to culturally significant areas and Tribal interests.
A Historic Partnership
Integra Resources and the Shoshone-Paiute Tribes have established a first-of-its-kind partnership that recognizes Tribal sovereignty while advancing responsible development of the DeLamar Project.
In August 2025, Integra and the Shoshone-Paiute Tribes of the Duck Valley Indian Reservation entered a groundbreaking agreement establishing a long-term partnership for the development of the DeLamar gold and silver mining project on Shoshone-Paiute Traditional Homelands. A first-of-its-kind in the lower 48 States, the Agreement recognizes Tribal sovereignty while collaboratively advancing sustainable, long-term economic development for a project located on federally managed lands.
As the footprint of the proposed DeLamar Project is within the traditional territories of other Tribal Nations, Integra and those interested Nations are concurrently working to explore the development of similar relationships.
